www.urdisports.com.au sales are firm sale only and refunds/exchanges will usually only be made for faulty goods. However, we understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we do offer an exchange, credit note or full refund on online range (non-custom) orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unworn condition. For custom orders an exchange may be possible if we are holding additional stock. If we are not holding additional stock then size exchanges will not be possible.

If your goods arrive damaged please notify us within 7 days by emailing us at info@urdi.com.au or via an alternative method from our Contact us page.

Please state the reason for your return and you will be given a returns number and a Freepost address to which to send the parcel. Please do not return items to us without first obtaining a returns number, as it may delay your refund/exchange. Please clearly mark your parcel with the returns number given and enclose the original despatch note or a covering letter.

Please remember to obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office which is free of charge and keep as your receipt until the transaction has been completed.

Once we have received the item(s) we will refund/exchange as requested, in accordance with the above terms.
